SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for, postage, packaging, transport & handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Standard dispatch is 5-7 working days approx. Express Delivery option is 1-3 working days dispatch. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00pm. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Shipping addresses outside of the UK Mainland may incur additional charges for standard Shipping & Delivery.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Whilst we are happy to replace items free of charge, that are not done to customers specifications; please note any personalised items can not be returned for a refund or replacement that have been made to the customers specifications as they can not be resold. As we do not accept returns on this basis, it's imperative that you proof read your order before submitting to us, Please be aware when ordering printed name badges, that the colours of the logo/text by differ from logo sent due to the manufacturing process, also note that when ordering Silver & Gold printed name badges white colour/text will print transparent, due to the metallic elements of the badge material .
